Wonderful Spa Getaway!
modern equipment amazing spa treatments fast service
The gym has modern equipment I saw several treadmills. The spa treatments were amazing I felt so relaxed. I really enjoyed tapas in the Brasserie. The food came fast! Everything contributed to a fantastic stay.
The minibar prices were a little higher than I expected though.

The hotel offers ample parking. This made arrival smooth. Grounds are very well maintained. This enhanced the overall appeal. The peaceful setting allows for a relaxing retreat away from city noise.

Our Beautiful Double Room had a comfortable bed. The room included two separate sinks this was very convenient. Decor felt modern and fresh this gave a luxurious feeling.

The staff was attentive. They promptly handled all requests. The breakfast team provided efficient and kind service. Spa personnel were excellent, their professionalism ensured a relaxing experience from start to finish.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
dietary needs relaxed feeling
The hotel staff were attentive to dietary needs. They were pretty good. Staff members did everything they could to help me. The Cristal Suite looked superb for the anniversary celebration.
Drinks were not allowed inside the spa area, only outside seating was permitted. They do not serve outside because they can't be bothered to answer the buzzer. There is a two drink limit. If it is full outside, you must sit in the cold and rain to consume drinks.

The afternoon tea included both sweet and savoury options. The food was well prepared and presented. It was VERY tasty. The menu provided a choice of scones and sandwiches.

Room 10 had a tv in the bathroom with a stand alone bath, THAT was amazing!!! The views were lovely from the top floor of the main building. It was luxurious and comfortable.

The location has views of the fields, sitting outside in the jacuzzi. The garden is large, a very charming spot with great outdoor amenities. The location is quiet and relaxing.

unpleasant pâté poor service
The room was great. It included a walk straight onto a lawn.
i was disappointed with a mother's day meal. i ordered pâté, but it tasted strongly of blue cheese and smelled unpleasant. when i mentioned this, the waitress said that was how it should be.

The location was ideal for local exploration. The room featured a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom with nice toiletries. I also enjoyed the smart television, it added a touch of convenience. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs.
I noticed a small amount of wear on some of the hallway carpets near the elevators.

The food and drinks at both the terrace and Lawns restaurants were high quality. The Lawns restaurant presented dishes beautifully, emphasizing seasonal produce. Dinner was included and dietary requirements were handled well.
